GRVTY, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contracts Administrator to join our team to support various commercial and government contracts, including GWAC, IDIQ, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursable, and Cost-Plus contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of FAR, DFAR and agency specific regulations, a team-oriented mentality and a proven track record of effectively supporting both Prime Contracts and Subcontracts.
Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from proposal development to contract closeout.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contractual and proposal matters, both internally and externally.

Review and negotiate agreements and contracts at the prime and subcontract levels, to ensure terms and conditions are compliant with company policies and federal regulations, achieving favorable outcomes for the company.

Manage and provide inputs to proposal preparation (develop OCI mitigation plans, prepare management/cost volumes, small business subcontracting plans, issue subcontractor request for proposals, review and formalize analyses), provide inputs for model contracts and intellectual property considerations, provide risk mitigation recommendations.

Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, customers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, business development, legal, finance, accounting, pricing, IT, human resources and program management, ensuring contract requirements are met.

Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, providing suggested mitigation strategies or corrective actions.

Prepare and submit contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide guidance and support to other contracts staff.

Stay abreast of changes to FAR, DFARS and other regulations, advising leadership on potential impacts to contracts and operations.
