Corporate Leaders

Katie Selbe is the Chief Executive Officer of GRVTY, a national security company, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction and long-term growth. Under her leadership, GRVTY is cultivating a culture defined by ingenuity, dedication, and high performance – positioning the company for transformative impact across the national security landscape.

With over 25 years of experience spanning executive, operational, and engineering leadership roles, Selbe has a proven track record across large enterprises, mid-sized firms, and emerging defense innovators. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industrial Association and Future Technologies Inc., and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the MATRIX Lab at the University of Maryland.

Sarah Otchet oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. With more than two decades of experience in finance and accounting, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to GRVTY’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining GRVTY, Sarah held CFO positions at Eqlipse Technologies and Asymmetrik, a BlueHalo company, where she played a pivotal role in financial integration and growth initiatives. She also held senior finance roles at CACI International Inc., Next Century Corporation, and SAIC, where she led corporate finance functions and supported strategic business objectives. As an expert in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and strategic financial leadership within the government contracting industry, she earned recognition from WashingtonExec as a ‘Top CFO to Watch’ in 2023.

Lee Bader is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategies. He leads cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and embed a culture of continuous development across the organization.

Lee brings over two decades of experience in the national security sector. Prior to joining GRVTY, he held the same title at Royce Geo, where he expanded defense and intelligence solutions and led modernization initiatives for Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers. He is a Project Management Professional and a Certified Mapping Scientist through the ASPRS.

Andy McEnroe oversees the company’s corporate development efforts including mergers and acquisitions. He brings nearly two decades of investment banking experience, having advised on a broad range of transformative mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions across the defense technology and government services landscape.

Before joining GRVTY, he served as a managing director at Raymond James, where he was a key member of the defense and government investment banking team. He began his career at BB&T Capital Markets.

Adam Estrada is responsible for technical professional development, capability roadmaps, technology intellectual property management, and program start-up. He leads cross-functional teams to drive performance and works with stakeholders to develop and refine the corporate technology strategy that supports the critical needs of the warfighter and Intelligence Community.

Before joining GRVTY, Adam served as Senior Director of AI/ML Analytics at Maxar. Under his leadership, Maxar transformed from a high-resolution imagery and remote sensing analytics provider into a globally recognized geospatial AI/ML PaaS provider. He worked closely with government customers, academia, and industry to advance and revolutionize the state of the art in the geospatial and cyber domains. Adam is also a member of the Apache Software Foundation, Forbes Technology Council, AFCEA, INSA, and USGIF, and currently holds six patents.

Ben Ingham leads the company’s enterprise-wide communications strategy and provides strategic counsel to senior leadership. He oversees media relations, executive and employee engagement, marketing, social media, brand partnerships, and visual storytelling to deliver purposeful narratives that inspire trust and drive measurable results. Ben also directs GRVTY’s crisis communications efforts, ensuring clarity and continuity during high-impact events.

Before joining GRVTY, Ben led an award-winning rebrand during Peraton’s rapid expansion. His team delivered end-to-end capabilities spanning brand, creative, social, digital, advertising, talent marketing, events, and philanthropy. Earlier in his career at Northrop Grumman, Ben helped shape the company’s global cyber narrative and launched enterprise-wide brand and talent initiatives across digital channels. He’s passionate about building brands that resonate with people and perform at scale.

Robbie Donaldson leads GRVTY’s human capital strategy and cultivates a values-driven workplace culture. He oversees employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and workforce inclusion to ensure a positive environment that empowers employees. He is a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Earlier in his career, Robbie served as COO at InTec, LLC, a veteran-owned geospatial engineering and integration company where he led the company through rapid growth and its acquisition by ANSER Inc. He also served as Human Resources Manager at The Wexford Group International, supporting the integration into CACI. His expertise includes recruiting, benefits management, compliance, and employee relations. He also brings leadership experience in finance, contracting, and security operations within government contracting organizations.

Cord brings nearly three decades of government relations experience to GRVTY, including management, policy making, and analysis at all levels of industry and government stemming from his work in the United States Congress as a Professional Staff Member and later Deputy Staff Director on the Senate Armed Services Committee and as advisor to the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, John Warner.

Before joining GRVTY, Cord served as vice president of government relations at Lockheed Martin and vice president of external relations at the Aerospace Industries Association. His public service includes eight years on the Commonwealth Transportation Board as Secretary/Commissioner and as a member of the Board of Supervisors, Stafford County, Virginia. He began his career on the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee as a Professional Staff Member.

Business Unit Leaders

George Dotterer leads the Cyber Intelligence Business Unit at GRVTY. With nearly three decades of experience building and guiding technology companies, he delivers cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.

Previously, George was CEO and co-founder of Verite Group Inc., a technology company specializing in software development and innovative solutions for government and corporate clients. Under his leadership, the company earned a reputation for providing highly effective, tailored tech solutions. In 2014, he also co-founded NetRef—an EdTech management platform spun out of Verite Group—which later became part of Linewize North America. In addition to his role at GRVTY, he is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Executive Circle and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as well as an active Eagle Scout volunteer, reflecting his dedication to community service.

Michelle Tobin leads GRVTY’s space intelligence programs. She oversees the geo-analytics, IT, intelligence, and geospatial training programs, in addition to leading the company’s talent acquisition operations. As a certified Program Management Professional and member of the executive leadership team, she drives program execution, workforce and leadership development, strategic planning, and capability growth.

Before GRVTY, Michelle held senior leadership roles focused on analysis, tradecraft development, security services, and collection support for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. She has led efforts on multiple NGA contracts, demonstrating excellence in recruiting, onboarding, training, and transitioning staff to support critical national security objectives.

Kristen Mistysyn translates mission-critical insights into clear, actionable intelligence for executives, senior leaders, and policymakers. She thrives in high-stakes environments with limited information, ensuring clear, consistent communication across diverse stakeholders and demanding customer landscapes. 

As a strategic leader with 20 years of experience in federal government service, technical program management, and portfolio leadership, she has a proven track record of building and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across complex scientific and technical domains. Transitioning her expertise into the commercial sector, she is leveraging deep technical acumen and decisive leadership to drive impactful financial and business outcomes.
