We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Development Manager in Arlington, VA. This position will move to Tyson, VA by the end of the year. As a Corporate Development Associate at GRVTY, you will play a key role in executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments that expand our capabilities and national security impact. Working at the nexus of finance, technology, and mission, you’ll collaborate across functions to evaluate opportunities, develop strategic insights, and help guide GRVTY’s long-term growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead aspects of end-to-end transaction execution, including sourcing, diligence, valuation, and integration planning for M&A and strategic investments
Conduct market, industry, and geopolitical analyses to inform investment strategy and portfolio positioning
Develop investment theses and strategic recommendations that align with GRVTY’s mission priorities
Build financial models, valuation analyses, and presentation materials for senior leadership and external constituents
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operational, and mission teams to evaluate synergies and integration pathways
Identify, assess, and track potential acquisition targets or partnerships aligned with GRVTY’s growth strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, valuation, and financial modeling
Proven experience supporting M&A transactions or strategic diligence processes
Familiarity with the defense, intelligence, or national security ecosystem preferred
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and mission-focused environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously
