What Impact You'll Have

The Deputy Program Manager will help lead programs having an average annual aggregate revenue of greater than $40M providing the type of services similar in size and complexity to those detailed in the contract. They are responsible for assisting and managing the overall requirement, providing an alternate Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer, assisting with providing programmatic reporting, and addressing management and contracting issues. Must have thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle management. Responsible for the management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual requirements.

What You'll be Owning

  • As a Deputy Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing overall contract execution, to include onsite stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 5 years of experience. 4 years of work experience, OR Associate's Degree plus 2 years of experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Degree in Engr., Sci, Business; Computer Science or Related Scientific or Technical Discipline.
  • Five years of project management experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects.
  • Five years of experience in the DoD or IC in an acquisition project management position leading integrated teams consisting of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel.
  • DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (eligibility required).
  • US Citizenship is required.

What Would be Nice to Have

  • Experience with Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station concepts.
  • Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership.
