As the first point of contact for the office, the Facilities Assistant sets the tone for a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for employees, visitors, and vendors alike. This role keeps daily office and facilities operations running smoothly — spanning reception and visitor management, administrative and meeting support, mail and supply coordination, copy center and audiovisual (AV) assistance, and workplace experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and service-oriented, with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll be Owning

Front Desk & Visitor Management

Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, serving as the welcoming face of the office.

Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges in coordination with the FSO.

Notify employees promptly of guest arrivals and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.

Administrative Support
What You Must Have

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proven ability to repair and maintain office appliances and equipment (i.e. coffee makers)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Familiarity with copy center and AV/conference room technology.

Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
