We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer. This is a hybrid role requiring an in-office presence ideally 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for presentations, web, social media, and print
• Translate complex ideas into simple, clear visuals
• Follow GRVTY’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Work with internal teams (growth, technology, corporate development, people and culture, finance, etc.) to deliver quality visual materials on tight timelines

Required Skills:

• US Citizenship Required
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative vision. Experience in national security or government contracting a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience in animation is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and team members clearly and persuasively.
• Versatile: we are a growing organization, and you will need to be able to move quickly on both long-term and quick-turn projects.
• Organization: Passionate about keeping files structured, organized, and accessible for the team.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
