The HRIS Specialist plays a critical role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. What You'll be Owning

Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and other workforce metrics.

Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners.

Lead compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, etc.) and ensure accurate data submissions for audits and regulatory requirements.

Partner with HRIS and IT teams to safeguard data integrity, implement system enhancements, and drive process improvements.

Automate recurring reports and streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support organizational growth and system integrations.

Configure, maintain, and validate payroll processes in ADP Workforce Now for both existing operations and newly acquired companies, including alignment of benefits, state tax enrollments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions.

Partner with benefit providers to build and manage file feeds into ADP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Manage payroll processing and reconciliation across multiple entities, including:

Setting up new entities in ADP to align with parent company standards.
-
Support the running and validating of the first payroll cycle for each new entity.
-
Transitioning ongoing payroll responsibilities to the Payroll Manager after initial setup.

Troubleshoot and resolve ADP system issues related to payroll, benefits, or reporting, providing expertise across HR and Finance functions.
What You Must Have

Must be a clearable U.S. Citizen

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred.

Hands-on expertise with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now, including:
-
Payroll processing and reconciliation across multiple entities.
-
Setting up new entities in ADP, validating first payroll cycles, and partnering with the Payroll Manager for handoff.
-
Managing benefits plan setup, administration and deduction setups. Including Open Enrollment.
-
Supporting acquisitions and organizational rollouts.
-
Building and troubleshooting file feeds between benefits providers and ADP.
-
Uploading and validating data in ADP through mass upload files.
-
Compliance reporting and audits.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to build reports and pivot tables and other items for use amongst management.
