GRVTY is seeking a motivated and experienced imagery analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a skilled imagery analyst with a passion for process improvement, training, and technology. This role will drive modernization efforts by bridging the gap between analysis and operations through standardizing analytical processes, introducing new tools, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
What You’ll Be Owning

Drive modernization efforts through the development and maintenance of tradecraft policies, SOPs, and training materials

Collaborate with imagery analysts and modernization specialists to identify and resolve workflow gaps and inefficiencies

Lead a Community of Practice

Facilitate training and collaboration sessions

Work directly with imagery analysts to identify and remedy gaps in tradecraft and standardize operating procedures
What You Must Have
-
Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI/Poly
-
8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (a combination of experience, certifications, and training may be used in lieu of a degree)

Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques

Proven knowledge of identifying and extracting military order of battle equipment from multi-INT data sources

Experience with analytic systems and tools such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, Intelink, SAFE, M3, Cedalion, IEC, or ArcGIS

Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities, including tasking and collection

Experience with national imagery archive ordering and storage procedures

Experience with quality control protocols and processes

Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics

Ability to collaborate with fellow imagery analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches

Strong imagery analyst production background

Strong knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports

Strong knowledge of manual and electronic light table functionalities

Completion of an Imagery Analysis Course
What Would Be Nice to Have

Experience with instruction, facilitation, and project planning

Experience working with customers from office-level leadership to individual imagery analysts to promote change
