What Impact You'll Have:
The GRVTY Corporate office is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high‑level support to the GRVTY General Counsel and legal team as well as the corporate headquarters. This role is best suited for someone who brings experience in a legal services environment and is comfortable managing complex workflows, exercising sound judgment, and working independently in a fast‑paced setting. Strong knowledge of legal processes, attention to detail, and a service‑oriented approach are essential.
What You'll be Owning:

Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and emails with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, maintenance and other entity management.

Prepare and file corporate documents, including formations, amendments, and annual reports.

Support transactional work such as contract drafting, review, and organization (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements).

Coordinate and manage legal documentation for business transactions, including artifacts associated with the company’s equity structure.

Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and corporate records.

Provide general legal and administrative support to attorneys and leadership.

Support litigation matters as needed, including document collection and case file organization.

File legal documents with state and federal agencies.

Prepare audit letter responses.

Provide backup and overflow support as needed to leadership team.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all corporate information.

Utilize Microsoft Office and firm-specific systems to complete assignments efficiently.
What You Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years of legal assistant experience, with a strong focus on corporate governance work.

Bachelors degree.

US Citizenship is required.

Experience supporting corporate legal functions.

Familiarity with contract review and transactional processes.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
