Multi-Cloud Engineer

What You'll be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a Multi-Cloud Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The Sponsor requires support in operating and maintaining an AWS hosted software application and underlying databases. This support includes bug fixes of the current application and evolving/enhancing the application commensurate with user feedback, Contractor-provided recommendations, and the Sponsor's strategic growth. This support includes ensuring compliance with all IT/security/other applicable policies, advising the Sponsor on risk mitigation to ensure future policy compliance, and adherence to a Contractor-recommended and Sponsor-approved Configuration Management processes.

What You Must Have

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements
• Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services to include API configurations
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell
• Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android
• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl
• Demonstrated experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with medialive, automating dynamo table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets

What Would be Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio
• Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies
• Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes
• Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and the Sponsors TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices
• Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching
• Demonstrated experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment
