What Impact You’ll Have:
The People Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations with a strong focus on employee support, coordination, and administrative execution. This role serves as a front-line resource for employee inquiries, ensures timely handling of employment verification requests, and partners closely with Business Unit leadership to coordinate meetings, events, and organizational initiatives.

VP, People & Culture and to the Senior Manager
, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll be Owning:
Employee Support & HR Operations
-
Serve as the
primary point of contact for the HR phone line
, answering incoming calls and acting as the “front desk” for People & Culture
-
Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive employee experience

Answer employee questions when able, or
take detailed messages and route inquiries to the appropriate HR point of contact
(HRBP, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)

Manage and process
employment verification requests
, including responding to external vendors and internal stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information
HR Systems & Data Management
-
Upload, maintain, and audit
employee files and documentation
within HR systems (e.g., ADP or internal platforms)

Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and recordkeeping requirements

Support data entry and updates related to employee changes, onboarding, and documentation tracking
Coordination & Business Unit Support

Partner with Business Unit General Managers to
coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and team engagements

Collaborate with the Events Manager to
plan, organize, and execute internal events
, including logistics, communications, and onsite support

Track and manage event timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Administrative & Reporting Support

Prepare and maintain
meeting materials, trackers, and task documents in Excel
-
Support reporting needs by organizing data and ensuring accuracy across HR systems and trackers
-
Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Executive & Team Support

Provide administrative and coordination support to the
VP, People & Culture
and broader leadership team as needed

Assist in preparing materials, tracking priorities, and supporting key People & Culture initiatives
General Administrative Support

Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics

Support cross-functional initiatives across People & Culture, Finance, and Operations as needed

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee-facing communications
What You Must Have
:

U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of HR, administrative, or operations experience
-
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(trackers, basic formulas, data organization)

Experience working with HR systems and managing employee data/files preferred
-
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone presence
-
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What Would Be Nice to Have:

Experience supporting HR operations or People & Culture teams

Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)
