What Impact You'll Have:
We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support enterprise-level governance, business operations, and strategic planning efforts across the Intelligence Community. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, policy development, and executive-level analysis supporting mission modernization and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Owning:

Lead policy development, strategic planning, and business process improvement initiatives.

Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.

Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements.

Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives.

Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making.
What You Must Have:

Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.

12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools.
What Would Be Nice to Have:

Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies.

PMP or related program management certification.
-
Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs.
