This teammate will be responsible for responding to IT incidents and service requests via email\phone, assisting with account management, and working with various teams and levels of leadership to accomplish tasks. Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
• 8+ years’ experience in a field directly related to information technology
• CompTIA Sec+ certification required
• Completed Bachelor's degree & 8 years’ experience or High School & 12 years of Help Desk or related experience
• At least 5+ years of directly related experience supporting Active Directory operations and engineering
• Subject matter expert in configuration of the Active Directory and Windows Server domain controllers
• Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units
• Proficient in Windows PowerShell - Able to understand scripts written & maintained by the team running on various networks
• Perform common administrative tasks - Apply security patches/fixes & configure and maintain various software use in conjunction with Active Directory
• Serve as a technical expert for Tier 1/2/3 support groups
• Experience with Remedy, ServiceNow, and customer service, in general
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with cross-functional teams to rectify
• Coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
• The candidate must have a strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proven ability in working independently with minimal oversight
• Proven experience in recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and\or the mission of the customer
• ALL-AROUND AWESOME TEAM PLAYER with a passion for serving/helping others!
• Ability to obtain a Polygraph within 30 days of starting.

Desired:

• Scripting experience – python, ansible
• Azure or AWS Experience
• Experience with Exchange, Jabber, Cisco UC
• Related Industry certifications – MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA, VCA/VCP
