We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented senior leader with extensive experience in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, to specifically include at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Army. The candidate must have a proven track record of strategic leadership in GEOINT analysis, mission-critical operations, and cross-functional team management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intelligence operations, data integration, systems architecture, and the strategic application of geospatial intelligence to national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership in advancing GEOINT capabilities to support national defense and intelligence operations.
  • Lead cross-agency initiatives and multi-disciplinary teams in the integration of sensitive capabilities and advanced analytic technologies.
  • Develop and manage multimillion-dollar operational budgets, with demonstrated success in securing funding increases (+65%) for critical mission areas.
  • Drive innovation in GEOINT tradecraft, analysis workflows, and systems design to close intelligence gaps and enhance situational awareness.
  • Oversee operational support for real-time intelligence missions in collaboration with DoD, IC partners, and global allies.
  • Align geospatial capabilities with national priorities through effective policy development, capability assessment, and risk mitigation.
  • Optimize enterprise processes and enable agile responses to emerging threats through data fusion and operational insight.
  • Represent organizational interests in high-level engagements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between tactical operations and strategic goals.
  • Support business development activities to include solution development, proposal/RFI writing, customer engagement, and opportunity development.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen with a TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in the GEOINT or Intelligence Community, including operational and deployed roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing large teams (30+ personnel) and complex programs exceeding $20M in scope.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, GEOINT operations, intelligence synthesis, and systems architecture.
  • Strong background in risk assessment, program management, and capability development.
  • Proven problem-solver with the ability to integrate cross-domain data sources for enhanced decision-making.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate successful completion of Program Management Coursework and a current PMP certification.
  • 10 or more years Program Management experience to include cost analysis experience; and familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources (e.g., cost and software data reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM), etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience in quality control/quality management principles are also desired and recommended.
  • Leadership roles in deployed environments and forward-operating conditions.
  • Familiarity with emerging GEOINT technologies and tradecraft modernization.
  • Direct experience coordinating with partners such as DoD and the Intelligence Community.
