What You'll Be Owning:
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for JIRA and GitLab interoperability with program tools.
What You Must Have:

TS/SCI Security Clearance Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.

Knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

Proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.

Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.

Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.
What Would Be Nice to Have:

Desirable but not required certifications include: ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
