We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team to lead and manage the development of software systems to enable national security missions sets in Dayton, Ohio.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
• 5 years of Software Program/Project Management experience to include contracts between $5-20M
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing performance of Subcontractors
• Technical Degree, experience in a technical field or experience managing performance on a technical program.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing CPFF-type contracts
• Experience managing Software developers and managing software deliverables in a classified environment
• Experience managing software system design elements as performance on a contract
• Experience maintaining scope effectively on all elements of a contract
