What Impact You'll Have:
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to apply GEOINT tradecraft to time-dominant and first-phase collection and analysis. In this role, you will support the activities that manage GEOINT collection requirements and the tasks that exploit and produce GEOINT analysis for time-dominant issues and topics. The work is high tempo, and you will perform it as part of a team that provides services on a rotating basis, 24/7/365.
What You'll Be Owning:

Support the management and validation of GEOINT collection requirements for time-dominant issues and topics.

Perform first-phase exploitation and analysis of GEOINT data to support emerging intelligence needs.

Produce GEOINT products to client standards for quality and timeliness.

Monitor key intelligence issues within assigned functional mission areas and report activity as it occurs.

Coordinate with collection managers, analysts, and mission partners on tasking and requirements.

Maintain continuity of operations across shift changes through clear handoffs and documentation.

Contribute as a team member to a rotating 24/7/365 operations posture.
What You Must Have:

Active TS/SCI Clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph.

High school diploma or GED.

5+ years of relevant experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered).

Experience across functional mission areas and familiarity with key intelligence issues.

Demonstrated ability to produce GEOINT products that meet client standards for quality.

Proven ability to operate successfully as a team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
What Would Be Nice to Have:

GPC-F Certification.

Experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and the application of ABI methodologies.

Experience with GEOINT collection management information systems.

Experience with GEOINT analytical databases and reporting tools.

Experience performing first-phase GEOINT work.

Experience with GEOINT collection capabilities and methods.
