GRVTY is seeking a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to support the development and delivery of advanced technical training.

What You'll be Owning

The Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction of analysis on intelligence derived from a variety of sources. You will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
  • Maintaining expertise in TechELINT.
  • Developing new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
  • Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation.
  • Updating of TechELINT teaching and course material.

What You Must Have

The Training Content Developer-Instructor must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).
  • 8 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).
  • If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area):
    • 10 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years); and
    • Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 “Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis” or SIGE Course 4810 “Advanced Radar Theory” or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.
  • TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph

  • The pay range for this position is: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00
