GRVTY Names Tom Jackson Chief Growth Officer
Seasoned Growth Leader to Accelerate GRVTY’s Market Expansion and Mission-Focused Capabilities
ARLINGTON, Va., December 15, 2025 / GRVTY is proud to announce the appointment of Tom Jackson as chief growth officer. In this role, Jackson will lead GRVTY’s growth strategy, spearhead business development and market expansion efforts, and accelerate the company’s mission to deliver unmatched national security capabilities.

Jackson has consistently driven organizational growth and built teams that perform under demanding operational and competitive conditions. Prior to GRVTY, Tom held roles of increasing responsibility at a variety of aerospace and defense firms including Sierra Nevada Corporation, Aeryon Defense USA, and Kymeta Corporation. He also served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps.
